The hotel is very well located. Staff was friendly and helpful.The room was very clean. Breakfast had a variety of options including fresh fruits, cheese bread, and eggs. I have celiac disease and the restaurant staff was able to accommodate my needs, providing safe foods and serving me separately.

I especially liked the staff. What makes Ibis Faria Lima captivating is its staff. The receptionists, the Peruvian restaurant and its chefs, servers (a shout-out to Valeria) and the exquisite dishes. Everybody is so polite and welcoming. The hotel building is really basic and needs some maintenance but it is impeccably clean.

Clean and modern room, nice location with easy access to a big part of the city, helpful personnel, very nice breakfast, nice restaurant inside the hotel open up to late in the night

This was actually our second stay at this location. It is good value, and well located to reach many of Sao Paulo's sights by quick Uber ride. It has a nice vibe downstairs, too.

Had breakfast on my first day and the experience was better than expected. The room is good, kinda small but I didn’t expect anything different in such a central neighborhood. The area is safe for Brazilian standards, however, I’d advice people not to use cellphones on the street - and keep an eye on bikers.
