The hotel is very well located. Staff was friendly and helpful.The room was very clean. Breakfast had a variety of options including fresh fruits, cheese bread, and eggs. I have celiac disease and the restaurant staff was able to accommodate my needs, providing safe foods and serving me separately.

Very nice location with restaurants and shopping centers at a walking distance(10-15)min. The personnel was friendly and really helpful, particularly the staff in the reception desk. The room was quite comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with a variety of goods.

I especially liked the staff. What makes Ibis Faria Lima captivating is its staff. The receptionists, the Peruvian restaurant and its chefs, servers (a shout-out to Valeria) and the exquisite dishes. Everybody is so polite and welcoming. The hotel building is really basic and needs some maintenance but it is impeccably clean.

Clean and modern room, nice location with easy access to a big part of the city, helpful personnel, very nice breakfast, nice restaurant inside the hotel open up to late in the night

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel and it was a good experience. The room was quiet, breakfast was good and it's easy to reach with subway. The wifi worked great. Finally, not far from Avenida Paulista.

Great location, clean rooms, very good value. Pretty safe neighborhood, near subway station, drugstore, and food places. Perfect for a short stay with friends or family. I would definetely stay here again.

Had breakfast on my first day and the experience was better than expected. The room is good, kinda small but I didn’t expect anything different in such a central neighborhood. The area is safe for Brazilian standards, however, I’d advice people not to use cellphones on the street - and keep an eye on bikers.

Great location in the Faria Lima district. Metro station closeby. Stylishly decorated.

We were able to check in already in the morning and take advantage of a few hours of sleep after a long journey. The area is quiet, safe and well connected.
